Abstract

Indonesia merupakan eksportir produk pertanian dan perikanan (perishable goods) yang aktif dalam perdagangan internasional. Namun dalam transaksi ekspor-impor yang dilakukan, Indonesia pernah mengalami penolakan barang akibat perbedaan standar dan aturan hukum di negara tujuan ekspor, sehingga merugikan para pihak dalam transaksi tersebut. Untuk mengantisipasi kasus semacam ini, para pihak harus mengetahui proses dan regulasi ekspor-impor, standar regulasi internasional mengenai transaksi jual-beli internasional seperti CISG dan UNIDROIT serta klausul-klausul utama yang harus ada dalam kontrak jual-beli internasional berkaitan dengan perishable goods.
