Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing the integrity of spermatozoa membrane on Friesian Holstein through Hypo-Osmotic Swelling Test (HOST) with three different diluter. The treatment of Pl used Egg Yolk Skim as diluter, while P2 used Egg Yolk Tris as diluter, and P3 used AndroMed® as diluter. The result of this research showed that the treatment on P3 have the highest spermatozoa membrane integrity, the second is Pl and the lowest is P2. The empirical result also showed that there is some significant differences of spermatozoa membrane integrity among three different diluter.
