Abstract
The development of animal protein from cow cattle is high in Indonesia, but there are obstacle thing on reproduction such as oestrus detected, the right time for pregnant, and the right pregnancy diagnostic. One of the solution to fix the problem is having a good and quick of pregnancy diagnostic, one of the candidate to diagnose by using Early Pregnancy Factor (EPF). In this research using cotyledon of three months pregnanted cow with SDS PAGE method and Western blotting method, it is found that EPF of this pregnancy cow cotyledon can be identified as knowing Molecular Mass, while being identified using anti-EPF which is 59,88 KDa. With the found of this EPF Molecular Mass hopefully there will be a more research to make the diagnostic kit of pregnancy as paper strip or dipstick.
