Abstract

Nursing process was a method that is application in nursing practice. In applicating, nurses be required to do well documentation about nursing process which is activated. But the fact is with work load and few time be required, it seen that documentation system didn't do well yet. This case is caused by nurses, where as when nurses work, they had dependent and interdependent load of nurses. The purpose of this research was analyzed relationship work load with fullness written of nursing care documentation. The research used cross sectional design. With 14 respondent than charge as nursing associate with bachelor degree majoring in nursery as their educational background. Collected data used observational sheet, and then analyzed with spearman rank statistic test with level p SO,05. Result of this research showed that p = 0,037. It's means that, there were significant correlation between work load with fullness written of nursing care documentation. Based on result of data analyzed, it could be resulted that moderately work load till weight and the fullness written care documentation which is not full have a significant correlation.
