Abstract
The problems are stated as follows: (1) is there some effect of the differential congruency among three categories on either job performance or job satisfaction?; (2) is there some effect of the three predictors on either job performance or job satisfaction, and which predictor predicts the most with or without controlling other categories?; and (3) In respect of those problems, is there some relationship between job performance and job satisfaction. It was the intention of this study to answer those problems.
