Abstract

The aim of this research was to aprove the GDF-9 could induce Anti GDF-9 depend on the colour gradation of nitrocellulose membrane with dot blot method on male local rabbit (Orictolagus cuniculus). Bovine ovary was collected from slaughter house washed with NaCl. Oocyte collected from antral follicle using aspiration technique. The GDF-9 protein was isolated from oocyte and used for producing the antibody for dot blotting method. Four male rabbit received subcutan injection of 150 ul GDF-9 antigen with CFA (immunization) 2 days after pre-imun. Rabbit received booster doses at 2nd week and 2 days after 7th week (5th bleeding). The dot blot result showed de~nd on dot colour gradation. The highest scoring titer of antibody at 6 th week (4 bleeding), and 11 th week (9th bleeding) which the score was six
