Abstract
This research is using twenty independent pattern broiler chicken breeders. The observing parameter is the management system and business analysis. Management system is seen from three variables, such as natural resources, human resources and production process management. Business analysis is measured from B/C Ratio, BEP Rupiah/period, BEP UnitlPeriod and Payback period. The technique that used is questionnaire with interview and documentation. The data analysis is using SEM analysis and the program that used is smart PLS. The result of the research shows that: management system of independent pattern broiler poultry is positively taking an effect to the business analysis. The natural resources, human resources and production management process are the indicators that caused the relational.
