Abstract
"Isolation And Characteritzation Of Terpenoid Compound From Nhexane Extract Of Marsilea Crenata Leaves, Known As Semanggi, Was Done. Leaves Of The Plant (1000G) Were Extracted With N-Hexane (11.4L) Obtain 19G Of Thick Extract Successively. The Extract N-Hexane Was Separated By Vacuum Liquid Chromatography And Sephacore Fraction Collector To Get Terpenoid Compound. The Targeted Compound Was Identified Using Color Reaction Lieberman-Burchard, And Salkowski. Study Was Undertaken To Characterize Data Based On Ir Spectorscopy, And 1H-Rmi Spectroscopy. Based On The Data Obtained, It Is Concluded The Isolated Compound Was A Triterpenoid Or Steroid Compund That Has C=O, O-H, C-H And Ester Functional Group."
