Abstract

The human teeth are in a transitional stage, showing a reduction and simplification in number, morphology and size. Evolutionary chages have already taken place and others are still in progress, so that our dentition in its present status is unstable. A study of the dentition will show us differences in various racial groups. In discussing the investigators in these fields. As a supplemental part we will include data on the torus palatinnus.
