Abstract
One way to assist law enforcement officers in the prevention and eradication of the above crimes is to involve justice collaborators. Justice collaborator in several laws and regulations of other countries is known as the witness of the collaborating actor. Justice collaborator is very much needed to help law enforcement officials in uncovering the main perpetrators because these crimes are usually carried out in an organized manner or across national borders so that it will be difficult for law enforcement officials to carry out overall law enforcement in organized crime without in volving or getting assistance witnesses of the perpetrators who are cooperating. Tlze lack of regulation regarding the rights granted to a justice collaborator will lzave an impact on the unavailability of a criminal offender to become a justice collaborator. Jus tice collaborator philosophy in eradicating special crimes is the legal certainty of disclosure of extraordinary crimes by giving appreciation to justice collaborator as a reciprocal f or involvement in disclosure of extraordinary criminal acts. The disclosure of extraord111ary criminal acts with the obligation to give awards to justice collaborators is a reflection of restorative justice in which the in volvement of justice collaborators will restore a sense ofjustice f or the community so that justice coliaborators also have the right to get awards. The involvement of justice coLlaborators in law enforcement against extraordinary crimes is justifiable based on a combined theory and balance theo1~y in punishment. In addition, the in volvement ofjustice collaborators in upholding the law against extraordinary crimes to ensure quality law enforcement is carried out by prioritizing the principles ofjustice quickly and simply.
