Abstract
Problem utama pada subsektor petemakan saat ini adalah penyediaan produkproduk petemakan seperti daging, telur dan susu yang kurang optimal. Daging, telur dan susu berfungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani masyarakat. Diasumsikan hal ini terjadi karena peningkatan produktivitas temak yang tidak mampu mengimbangi laju permintaan masyarakat akan produk petemakan tersebut.
