Abstract
Masalah mencukupi kebutuhan akan protein hewani dalam menu makanan rakyat sampai saat ini masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Sebagian besar masyarakat kita masih menderita kekurangan gizi, terutama penduduk di pedesaan.
