Abstract

This research is about child labour law protection. Law issues in this research are (1) how is form of child labour protection in regulation, (2) does form of child labour protection in regulation accommodate poverty as a prime cause child labour existence, and (3) does form of child labour protection in regulation base on child labour protection principles in Convention on the Rights of the Child. This research is a legal research. Historical approach and statute approach were used in this research. Historical approach was used to analyze child labour protection principles from Dutch Colonial Regime to national law. Statute approach was used to analyze regulation related child labour law protection principles
