Abstract

Purpose of this study is to test leaderhsip behoJsioral influence from theory of Yuki ( 2006:66) that consist of behavior of leadership of work, relations and change orientation to teacher work motivation. Research design Qo;;ed is descriptive analysis \\-ith field survey. Forty one questioners is used to be research instrument that used U get data from forty one teachers to assessment leadership behavior of principalship, on the contrary to assess teacher work motivation is done by Human Development Division. To prove hypothesis usd statistical analysis Multiple Linear Regression to test stimulant and partitil correlation between variables indcpendcnt and dependent
