Abstract

Penelitian yang bertema Afiliasi Politik Pemilih Pemula pada Pilpres 2009 di Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro ini mencoba untuk mengetahui afiliasi politik pemilih pemula yang dirumuskan dalam pertanyaan faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi afiliasi politik pemilih pemula, bagaimana arah afiliasi politik pemilih pemula dan yang terakhir adalah mengapa afiliasi politik pemilih pemula cenderung pada salah satu pasangan calon presiden. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menjelaskan secara komprehensif afiliasi politik pemilih pemula. Pemilih pemula merupakan pemilih yang baru pertama kali mempunyai hak pilih dan menggunakan hak pilihnya pada pilpres 2009. Sebagai pemilih yang awam tidak jarang pemilih pemula ini mendapat pengaruh dari pihak – pihak seperti keluarga, teman, partai politik, media massa dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori perilaku memilih dengan memakai beberapa konsep seperti afiliasi politik, sosialisasi politik, pemilih pemula dan pemilihan presiden. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dimana informan yang diperoleh merupakan individu – individu pemilih pemula dengan rentang usia 17 – 21 tahun. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah kecenderungan faktor pengaruh afiliasi politik pemilih pemula adalah faktor keluarga, lingkungan pergaulan atau pertemanan, partai politik disini partai PKPI dan media massa. Faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi afiliasi politik pemilih pemula adalah faktor keluarga. Arah afiliasi politik pemilih pemula cenderung mengarah pada pasangan calon SBY – Boediono, meskipun begitu terdapat pula pemilih pemula yang arah afiliasi politiknya pada pasangan Mega – Prabowo dan JK – Wiranto. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa arah afiliasi politik pemilih pemula bersifat fragmented. Pertimbangan yang mendasari pemilih pemula untuk mengarahkan pilihan pada pasangan SBY – Boediono berdasarkan pada pendekatan sosiologis, psikologis dan rasional. Pertimbangan sosiologis pemilih pemula lebih didasarkan pada pekerjaan dan jenis kelamin. Dimana terdapat pemilih pemula yang bekerja sebagai PNS Guru memilih pasangan SBY – Boediono karena pasangan tersebut peduli terhadap nasibnya sebagai Guru. Pekerjaan orang tua juga menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan pilihan terhadap SBY dimana pekerjaan orang tua yang sebagai PNS Guru dan kontraktor menjadi pertimbangan. Pertimbangan jenis kelamin disini menunjukkan bahwa pasangan SBY – Boediono lebih banyak dari jenis kelamin perempuan karena adanya kesukaan atau ketertarikan pada figur SBY. Pendekatan psikologis ditunjukkan dengan kedekatan pemilih pemula dengan partai PKPI yang merupakan partai pengusung pasangan calon SBY. Pertimbangan rasional pemilih pemula terlihat melalui penilaian pemilih pemula terhadap kinerja SBY, evaluasi program – program dan isu – isu yang diangkat oleh pasangan SBY. Program atau isu yang menjadi perhatian pemilih pemula adalah pemberantasan korupsi, kemiskinan, BLT, dan pendidikan. Translation: The study, titled Political Affiliation Voter Starter on 2009 Presidential Election in District Bojonegoro Bojonegoro is trying to find out political affiliation of voters who formulated the question of factors - factors anything that affects the political affiliation of voters, how the direction political affiliation of voters and the last is why the political affiliation voters tend to one presidential candidate. This study try to explain in a comprehensive political affiliation voters. Time voters are first-time voters who have the right to vote and use their voting rights in the presidential election in 2009. As an ordinary voter not infrequently this time voters to get influence from the party - party like family, friends, political parties, mass media and teachers. This study using the theory of voting behavior by using some concepts such as political affiliation, political socialization, voters and the presidential election. The research is qualitative by using method of interviews where informant obtained the individual - individual voters with age range 17-21 years. The conclusion of this research is the trend factor the influence of political affiliation voters are family factors, environmental relationships or friendships, political parties here PKPI parties and mass media. The dominant factor affecting political affiliation is a factor voters family. The direction of political affiliation voters tend to lead to pair candidate SBY - Boediono, despite that there are voters that direction political affiliation on the couple Mega - Prabowo and JK - Wiranto. This can be concluded that the direction of political affiliation voters are fragmented. Consideration of the underlying first-time voters to direct selection on SBY - Boediono based on a sociological approach, psychological and rational. Sociological considerations voters based more on employment and gender. Where there are voters who work as a civil servant teacher chose SBY - Boediono because the couple concerned about his fate as a teacher. Working parents also become consideration in determining the choice of SBY in which people work Master's old as civil servants and contractors into consideration. Consideration sex couples here indicate that SBY - Boediono more of female gender because of the joy or interest in SBY figure. Psychological approach shown by the closeness of voters with PKPI party which is a bearer party candidates SBY. Consideration of rational voters voters see through the assessment SBY performance, evaluation of programs - programs and issues - issues raised by SBY. Program or issue of concern to voters is the eradication of corruption, poverty, BLT, and education.
