Abstract

Sirkulasi kepemimpinan elit merupakan sebuah realita politik yang tidak dapat dihindarkan dalam sebuah organisasi politik. Sebagai sebuah wujud representasi politik, sirkulasi kepemimpinan secara tidak langsung mutlak dilakukan oleh organisasi politik guna melahirkan sebuah kepemimpinan baru untuk menghindari dominasi sejumlah pihak atau kelompok dalam organisasi yang biasanya juga di ikuti dengan sejumlah kebijakan baru. Skripsi ini menceritakan tentang sirkulasi Elit yang terjadi dalam tubuh organisasi Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif KOSGORO 1957 Jawa Timur yang dilaksanakan dalam Musyawarah Daerah Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif KOSGORO 1957 Jawa Timur yang bertujuan untuk memilih dan melantik Ketua Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif KOSGORO 1957 Jawa Timur dan membentuk struktur kepengurusan Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif KOSGORO 1957 periode 2010-2015. Dalam Proses Musyawarah Daerah Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif KOSGORO 1957 Jawa Timur banyak kelompok kepentingan yang muncul untuk ikut berperen dalam siding Musyawarah Daerah Pimpinan Daerah Kolektif KOSGORO 1957 sehingga banyak menimbulkan beda pendapat antar kelompok kepentingan yang turut serta dalam sidang Musyawarah Daerah tersebut.
