Abstract
Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga dilandasi keinginan Rektor untuk berbakti kepada Bangsa dan Negara melalui pembangunan kesehatan yang selaras dengan visi & misi. Kemudian pada Tahun 2013, Peraturan Pemerintah melalui Kemendikbud dan Kemendiknas Nomor: 3/V/PB/2013 dan Nomor 38 Tahun 2013 bahwa setiap Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yang menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Kedokteran harus memilik Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Sendiri. Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga diresmikan pada bulan Juni 2011. Sebagai Rumah Sakit yang baru tiga tahun beroperasi, Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga membutuhkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat untuk dapat terus beroperasi melalui pelayanan optimal yang ditawarkan. Pelayanan optimal dapat terwujud apabila Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga menerapkan Budaya Perusahaan kepada seluruh warga organisasinya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan pada warga organisasi di Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. Rumusan penelitian yang muncul adalah bagaimana wujud dan penerapan Budaya Perusahaan terhadap perilaku warga organisasi Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Konsep penelitian yang digunakan adalah media sosialisasi dan integrasi internal serta adaptasi eksternal warga organisasi. Pengumpulan data selain menggunakan teknik pengamatan dan wawancara mendalam, didukung juga oleh data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Perusahaan Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga adalah Excellence with Morality yang diwujudkan dalam tiga komponen, yaitu: (i) Character building yang mencakup loyalitas, berdedikasi, berprestasi, dan tidak boleh tercela/korupsi, (ii) Capacitive building yang mencakup pengembangan skill, moral, dan penguatan kode etik sebagai tenaga medis atau warga organisasi di Rumah Sakit, (iii) Performance building yang mencakup motivasi moral untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri dan antusias dalam bekerja. Translation: The development of Airlangga University Hospital based on Rector filial urge to nation and country through healthy growth according to vision and mission. Afterwards at 2013, goverment regulation through Kemendikbud and Kemendiknas number: 3/V/PB/2013 and Number 38 years 2013 that every public universities who promote medical education must have their own hospital education. Airlangga University Hospital inaugurated on june, 2011. As a new hospital which recently three years operating, this Airlangga University Hospital need a trust from society to keep operating through the best offering treatment. This optimal treatment can be materializied if Airlangga University Hospital apply a corporate culture to their organization members. Based on that problem, this research implemented to their organization members in Airlangga University Hospital Surabaya. The research question which appeared is how the form and implementation of corporate culture in the behaviour of their organization members of Airlangga University Hospital. A qualitative method are use in this research. The concept which used in this research is socialization media and internal integration, also eksternal adaptation of the organization members. The data accumulation of this research beside use observation technique and deep interview, and also support with the secondary data. The result of this research show that the corporate culture of Airlangga University Hospital is Excellence with Morality are apply in three component, that is: (i) Character building that include loyality, dedicated, achievement, and without corruption. (ii) Capacitive building that include improve of their skill, moral, and etic code reinforecement as a medical stuff or organization member of hospital, (iii) Performance building that include a moral motivation for increase the self confidence and anthusiasme at work.
