Abstract

This research offers an analysis of Indonesian’s crude palm oil export policy under the ministry of trade with the influence from interests group. Indonesia’s crude palm oil kept on being rose though it brings environmental, social and economic cost. Using embedded liberal environmental policy, came the hypotheses that Indonesia kept on rose it’s export due to a belief that it will brings to the higher economic degree, though there are costs have to be paid. These costs aren’t seen as stumbling block since economic liberalization will indeed improve the environment in return, even in absence of appropriate environmental policy. This problem is analyzed in five parts. The first part explained the background of the problem. The second part explained the opportunity cost Indonesia has to pay due to it’s export policy. In the third part, is explained the benefit Indonesia got from it’s export. These opportunity cost and benefit are explained using the embedded liberal environmental policy in the fourth part. The fifth part explained the conclusion
