Abstract

Pemimpin teladan yang mengutamakan kepentingan masyarakat di tengah indikasi patologi dan stigma yang terdapat dalam tubuh birokrasi Indonesia, mendorong peneliti untuk memahami pentingnya keberadaan pemimpin, khususnya organisasi non profit yang dianggap layak melalui peran pemimpin. Sutadi, seorang tenaga pendidik sekaligus praktisi budidaya yang diangkat sebagai pemimpin Pusat Pelatihan Mandiri Kelautan dan Perikanan(P2MKP) Sumber Harapan, dikenal bersahaja dan berpengalaman dalam kepemimpinan menjadi subyek utama penelitian yang difokuskan pada peran dominan pemimpin P2MKP Sumber Harapan dalam efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan petani ikan koi di Kabupaten Blitar. Hasilnya, pemimpin berperan dalam mengarahkan organisasi, menjadi pusat informasi, dan mengambil keputusan. Peran pemimpin tersebut didominasi peran sebagai pengambil keputusan, yakni menjadi negosiator, pemecah kebuntuan, alokator sumber daya, dan pencetus inisiatif. Urgensi keberadaan pemimpin yang baik adalah menumbuhkan rasa percaya di lingkup internal dan eksternal organisasi, membangun citra organisasi yang dikenal mengedepankan kejujuran, keterbukaan, dan ketulusan berazaz manfaat. Diperlukan pendanaan aktif untuk mengembangkan kapasitas P2MKP Sumber Harapan, diperlukan penelitian berikutnya mengenai peran dominan pemimpin dalam keberlanjutan organisasi, termasuk suksesi kepemimpinan yang lebih baik Translation: Exemplary leaders who prioritize the interests of the community in the midst of an indication of the pathology and the stigma that there is in the body of the bureaucratic Indonesia, prompting researchers to understand the importance of the presence of leaders, especially non-profit organization deemed worthy by the role of the leader. Sutadi, an educator and cultivation practitioner which was appointed as the leader of an Independent Training Center Marine and Fisheries (P2MKP) Sumber Harapan, known for earthy and experienced leadership to become the main subject of the research is focused on the role of the dominant leader of the P2MKP Sumber Harapan in the effectiveness of the education and training of koi fish farmers in the Blitar Regency. As a result, the leader was instrumental in directing the organization, into an information center, and take a decision. The role of the leaders dominated the role as the decision maker, such as be negotiators, the deadlock-breaking, resources allocator, and originator of the initiative. The urgency of the existence of a good leader is to foster a sense of trust in the sphere of internal and external organizations, building an image of a known organization promoting honesty, openness, sincerity based on benefits. Active funding required to develop the capacity of P2MKP Sumber Harapan, takes the next dominant role of research leaders in the sustainability of the organization, including a better leadership succession.
