Abstract

Background : Based on data from BNPB (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana) in 2015, the number of disasters that happens in Indonesia was increasing over these past ten years. The increased number of disasters is directly linear to the number of victims. The victims that found is not always in a good condition, so it makes not all of the victims can be identify visually. Teeth are one of primary examination that most resist to trauma, extreme environmental change, have high individual characteristics, and resistance to physical and thermal destruction up to 400 ° C. Dental Record as a teeth antemortem data is a very important component for victim’s identification process. Electronic Dental Record Database is an innovation of dental record storage system based on website, it makes teeth as antemortem data can be accessed anytime and anywhere as long as the laptop is connected to the internet. Purpose : The purpose of this research is to know that Electronic Dental Record storage based on website can be applied as a dental record storage media and accepted by the respondents. Method : Functional testing to test the application. Non-functional test, involving 35 respondents that being asked to try the website, then asked to evaluate the website by filling a questionnaire. Result : 14 functional test is successfully applied. Non-functional test on average easiness aspect 3,67% (difficult), 38,777 (quite easy), 51,83% (easy). Average completeness aspect 11,43% (not complete), 55,71% (quite complete), 32,85% (complete). Average compatibility aspect 0% (not compatible), 55,71% (quite compatible), 32,85% (compatible). Average security aspect 0% (insecure), 41,43% (quite secure), 58,87 (secure). Conclusion : All of the functionality of the website is successfully applied. Nonfunctional test of easiness aspect, completeness, compatibility and security of the website is acceptable by the respondents.
