Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the effect of corn oil supplementation on the nodule diameters and the length of red pulp of spleen before ND vaccination. Fifty day old chicken broiler devided randomly into two groups. The first group was vaccinated at 4th day and had three days corn oil supplementation. The second group had six days corn oil supplementation before vaccinated at 7th day. Two weeks after vaccination, they were sacrificed and the spleen were collected histological examination. The data were analyzed by Univariate ANOVA using SPSS' ,for windows 12.00. The result show that suplementation with corn oil before vaccination had significant effect on the length of red pulp and the other side, time of vaccination (4th and 7th day) had significant effect on the nodule diameters.
