Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the potention of Lactobacillus plantarum to the contain of crude protein and dry matter sugarcane top silage. The treatments were P0 (Sugarcane top+5% Molasses), P1 (Sugarcane top+5% Molasses+ 0,1% Lactobacillus plantarum), P2 (Sugarcane top+5% Molasses+ 0,3% Lactobacillus plantarum), P3 (Sugarcane top+5% Molasses+ 0,5% Lactobacillus plantarum) and respectively incubated in 30 days. This result of this study were the adding of Lactobacillus plantarum can increase until 10.98% crude protein and decrease become 86.85% dry matter.
