Abstract
This study aimed to determine differences of protein contents, fat and total solid of milk in first parity cow, second parity, third parity and fourth parity, in order farmers can know in what parity quality of milk decreases, so that farmers can maximize milk production by improving feed management. Samples used 24 dairy cows, milking using milking machine. Samples of milk after being taken to the laboratory then do the research to contents of protein, fat and total solid of milk by using spectrophotometer. The average number of total is protein contents 3,27%, 4,5% fat contents, 12,61% BK contents, 8,02% BKTL contents. In the third and fourth dairy cows is must improved feed management. To determine the effect of treatment of first parity, second parity, third parity and fourth parity performed ANOVA test (Analysis Of Variancs). The software used for data analysis was SPSS (Statistic Program For Social Science).
