Abstract
The aim of this research was finding out the effect of giving extracts of Aegle Marmelos Corr leaves to the growth of bacteria S.aureus, whether the extract could inhibit or kill bacteria. Dilution method by MIC and MBC test was used in this research. 6 concentrations was used in this research were 1,6%, 1,2%, 0,8%, 0,4% and 0% (control). The result of this research showed that maja’s leaves influenced the growth of S.aureus at concentration of 1,6%. The concentration 1,6% of maja’s leaves extract had killing effect to S.aureus
