Abstract

The aim of this study was to find potential out variation in dose administration of gonadotropin hormone combination PMSG and hCG on pregnancy and litter size of mice( Mus musculus ). It based on content of LH and FSH hormones can extend the life span of the corpus luteum , increased synthesis of progesterone by the corpus luteum , lead to lust and to stimulate ovulation . This study using 9 time RAL. The study used PGF2α, combination of PMSG and hCG hormone dosage 0,1 ml, 5 IU and 7,5 administered once time peritoneal. The animal used 27 female mice. After treatment the mice collected with male during 5 days then separated and make an observation. The result data from the study included preganancy rate and litter size of mice. The study indicating that there no significant differen in pregnancy rate (P>0,05).While the litter size of mice indicating significant different in pregnancy rate (P<0,05).
