Abstract
The aim of this research was to detect the antibodies against Infectious Bronchitis Virus and determine the prevalence of Infectious Bronchitis in native chickens which slaughtered in Mojosari traditional market, Mojokerto District. One hundred and twenty blood chickens ware taken during slaughtering since August until September 2014, followed by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test. The result of this research showed that antibodies against Infectious Bronchitis Virus could be detected in native chicken which slaughtered in Mojosari tradisional market, Mojokerto District with the prevalence of Infectious Bronchitis was 72,5% and the range of antibody titers 4.173 - 170.795.
