Abstract
The aims of this research were investigated the Infectious Bronchitis virus (IBV) antibody and determined the prevalence of IBV in blood serum of ducks slaughtered at Mojosari market in Mojokerto district by using indirect ELISA serological test. This research was done from September until October 2014. First, the blood serum was obtained from 120 ducks slaughtered at Mojosari market in Mojokerto district. The second step was determined Optical Density (OD) and antibody titre of each serum sample by using indirect ELISA test. The result of this research showed that 1) antibody against IBV was present in the blood serum of the ducks slaughtered at Mojosari market in Mojokerto district; 2) Seroprevalence of IBV in the duck blood serum was 27% by indirect ELISA test.
