Abstract
The purpose of the experiment was to know the histopathological changes of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) intestine infected by Aeromonas hydrophila in different doses of infection. The reason of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) death was Motile Aeromonas Septicaemia disease that caused by Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria with the main symptom was red spot on the skin. The catfish was infected by 1 ml Aeromonas hydrophila orally through different doses, 3x105cell/ml, 3x106cell/ml, 3x107cell/ml respective, after the catfish was adapted for 3 days. On the 7th day, the catfish was dissected and found a yellowish ascites fluid that makes the abdomen swollen, red spot on skin surface. The data was from scoring of vili intestine damage and it was analized by SPSS 16 programe. The histopathology of catfish intestine found ruptured vili and hemmoraghic in every dose except in control. In dose of 107cell/ml the damage found ulceration in vili intestine.
