Abstract

The effect of parity factor on immunoglobulin (IgG) colostrums of dairy cattle were investigated in two different parity in District Pasuruan, East Java. For purpose of study, one sub-district were chosen that were : Sub-district of Tutur. Twenty heads of dairy cattle from each parity were selected using purposive sampling method. Samples of IgG colostrums were collected from responding areas using microtube as much as 1,0 ml from each dairy cattle. The IgG colostrums concentration were measured using direct Elisa test, and the t-test two sample independent statistic method was applied to analysis data. The result showed that effect of parity could be influence concentration of IgG colostrum with significant difference (P<0,05).
