Abstract

The aim of this research was knowed the influence of Toll-Like Receptor expresion in rabbit (White New Zealand) with vaccination using dengue multivalent, used PBMC isolation and direct immunofluorescence test. This research have used dengue multivalent vaccine which consist of four serotype dengue viruses. This research used to a fully randomized design with three treatments, there are P0, P1 and P2. The group P0 as control was injected with physiology NaCl, the group P1 with dengue Multivalent vaccine 0,5 ml and the last group P2 with dengue Multivalent 0,3 ml. The analysis data used to Analysis of Variance ( ANOVA ) with the next analysis is Honestly Significant Difference ( HSD ). The result was different between control group with treatment group. This research was showed that dengue Multivalent vaccine 0,5 ml is more effective than dengue Multivalent vaccine 0,3 ml to induce Toll-Like Receptor and CD4+ expression in White New Zealand rabbit.
