Abstract
This research due to investigate protein moleculer weight (mw) of Hemaglutinin (HA) Neuraminidase (NA) of Avian Influenza virus from many places at East Java. The samples of Avian Influenza virus were isolated from Blitar, Pasuruan, Mojokerto, Jombang, and Surabaya. The first step, the samples were identified by SDS-PAGE (Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate-Poly Acrylamide Gel Electrophoresis). The second step, the samples were analyzed by western blot which was detected about protein reactivity toward AI polyklonal antibody. The result of the research showed that molecular weight of HA of the samples were 62,4 kDa and NA were 56,1 kDa. That proteins were antigenic proteins because it’s showed reactivity when were reacted with AI poliklonal antibody.
