Abstract
The aim of research was to study the used of Acidothermus cellulolyticus cattle rumen liquid on rice brand fermentation to crude fibre and crude protein. Design study was completely randomized design with four treatments and five replications. Four treatment groups were P0 Acidothermus cellulolyticus 0 %; P1 Acidothermus cellulolyticus 10 %; P2 Acidothermus cellulolyticus 20 %; P3 Acidothermus cellulolyticus 30 %. Proximate analysis were done after rice pollard fermented for seven days. The data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The result showed that the effect of Acidothermus cellulolyticus could decrease crude fibre of rice pollard, P2 (30,32 %), P1 (30,49 %), but were significantly higher than P3 (32,42 %), P0 (34,06 %), (p<0,05). could increase crude protein of rice pollard, P1 (12,85 %), P2 (12,72 %), P3 (12,47 %), but were significantly higher than P0 (10,94 %), (p<0,05).
