Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the differences of several antigenicity Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) virus. Examination of antibodies from Chickens were carried out by using ELISA indirect. The Chickens were vaccinated at 14 days of age, blood sample were taken at 33 days of age. The serum of sample were reacted with antigen of isolates L1, L2, S vaccine, B vaccine and M vaccine, the control consist of antigens without antibodies. The absorbent were determined by ELISA reader at 405 nm. Data were analyzed by Analyzed of Variant (Anova), if there was any differences the analyzed will be continued by Duncan test. The result showed there were significant differences Optical Density (OD) amoung several IBD isolates virus antigenicity.
