Abstract
This study aimed to determine the prevalence of the Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria in the cultivation of gouramy pond in West Surabaya. Total of 62 fish sample were taken for the identifcation of the Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. This check was performed using general and differential media that Triple Soy Agar (TSA) dan MacConkey (MCA). For biochemical tests using TSIA, SIM, SCA,and urea test. Test results showed that there were 5 positive samples of 62 fish samples. So, the prevalence of Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria in gouramy fish is 8,06%. Copyrights:
