Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the antigenicity of antigen R._echinobothrida and antibody R. echinobothrida and cross reaction of antigen R._echinobothrida against anti-R. tetragona serum by ELISA technique. The results of this study was antigen R. echinobothrida and antibody R._echinobothrida had 7 positive and 87,5% from cut of value. Cross-reactions of antigen R._echinobothrida against antibody anti-R. tetragona occurs in 37,5% and had 3 positive. Antigen of R. echinobothrida can indentify antibody of R._tetragona, it maked cross reaction between both.
