Abstract

This aim of the study was to determine the use of probiotics in broilers pH of the digestive organs. This study used dose of probiotics with 0 ml, 0.5 ml, 1 ml, 1.5 ml / litter were mixed in drinking water. Twenty of 7 day old chickens randomly selected then inserted into battery cages and divided into 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment carried out for 4 weeks. The data obtained from the results of research into the use of probiotics on the digestive organs of broilers pH were analyzed by ANOVA and when there are significant difference between the treatments, then followed by Duncan's test. From these results it can be concluded that the addition of probiotics in drinking (P> 0.05) were not significant of the pH of the digestive organs of broilers.
