Abstract

This research aim was to know the effect of duration of dry on the vaibility of E. tenella through morphology, caecal pathological changes and oocysts production. The research used 20 broiler at 3 week old. The design of present study was Completely Randomized with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Positive control (P0) is chicken administrated with 5000 oocysts infective. P1; P2; P3; P4 were inoculated with 5000 oocysts had been dried during 24h; 48h; 72h; 96h. The result showed there was significantly difference (P<0.05) in 96 hours dry of E.tenella oocysts. The significantly decrease of morphology, caecal pathological changes and oocysts production was shown at 96 hours dry of E.tenella. More over there were not significantly difference among 24h; 48h; 72h dry of E.tenella oocysts.
