Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate goat EPF polyclonal antibody of induction of isolated Friesian Holstein ox cotyledon. EPF through fourteen weeks incubation in vivo production. Induction of isolated Friesian Holstein ox cotyledon EPF was applied in one males Ettawa crossbreed goat. Initially, goat were sub cutaneously injected active immunization with isolated EPF in Completed reund'S Adjuvant (CFA). Two weeks post first immunization was performed booster with isolated EPF in an Incomplete Freund'S Adjuvant (IFA). Further, the next booster was done every three week. Before booster, was always executed taking serum every week. Then, EPF polyclonal antibody of goat was measured by Elisa indirect. The results of ELISA showed increasing of goat antibody titers. The conclusion of this research proved that isolated Friesian Holstein ox otyledon EPF can induced humoral antibody response. Optimal titer value was reached in 3rd booster that is 245,142 μg/ml.
