Abstract
The objective of this research was investigated motility and viability Friesian Holstein semen with extract rock melon citrate. The experimental design used a completely randomized design with three types of semen dilution buffers, T1(without diluent as control), T2 (egg yolk citrate) and T3 (extract rock melon citrate). Motility and viability were analized every day until the third day by Univariate ANOVA. The conclusion was extract rock melon citrate capable used as alternative rock melon tresh diluent for FH semen
