Abstract

The aim of this research were to find out and get the cross reaction of somatic, excretory secretory and intestine antigen of T. cati with anti T. canis serum. Second larvae stage (L2) were obtained from adult worm and feces ontamination with egg that have been isolated from Toxocariosis of dog. Adult worms were incubated in 37ºC to get the egg. The feces isolation were done with preparation gradien technics to get the egg. Then, eggs were incubated in normal temperature using PBS media until L2 of T. canis appears in 21-28 days. Moreover, L2 of T. canis were infected to mice for anti T. canis serum with doses that 17 infective eggs / gram body weight orally. For getting Somatic, E-S and Intestine antigen, surgical procedure were done to adult worm manually ontinued with homogenitation procedure. The result of homogenate antigen of T. cati and T. canis serum were evaluated by using Western blot technique. The result of the research showed cross reaction somatic, excretory secretory and intestine antigen of T. cati with anti T. canis serum from mice, using Western blot technique
