Abstract
The aim of this study is to detect the antibody against A/H5 Avian Influenza (AI) virus in egg yolk of Anas Platyrhinchus and Cairina Moschata in Surabaya. Sampling method used in this study was Stratified Random Sampling. Total of 300 eggs have been tested by Haemaglutination Inhibition to detect antibody against H5 AI. Result of this study wich perform as descriptive was show that positive antibody against H5 AI in egg yolk of anas platyrhinchus and cairina moschata was 36% in anas platyrhinchus and 33% in cairina moschata.. The positive antibody which found was more analized with Analysis of Variance variable of egg type and shown significant (p<0,01), it means that antibody titer of Cairina Moschata egg was higher than Anas Platyrhinchus egg.
