Abstract
The purpose of the research was to know the influence of testosterone propionate was given of rats (Rattus norvegicus) ovary histology. This research used 20 female rats. The age of rats (Rattus norvegicus ) three month. Rats were adapted as long as one week and then the rats were divided two group randomly. PO as control (propylen glycol) and P1 (testosterone propionate). The treatment was given 1 dd on 12 pm as long as 14 days and preparat of ovarium was done. The data was analyzed by T test. The result of research indicated that testosterone propionate could influeted amount of follicle (primary, secondary, tersier and de Graaf) decrease.
