Abstract
This research aimed to know molecule heavy (BM) of caspase 8 protein of chicken bursa tissue infected by virus Gumboro and proved that caspase 8 protein included antigenic protein. Caspase 8 protein was harvested from fabrisius bursa tissue of chicken which is positive infected by virus Gumboro. Then, done test with Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrilamid gel electroforesis (SDS-PAGE) 12,5 % with giving colour nitrat silver (AgNO3) to know protein expressed from fabrisius bursa tissue of chicken infected by virus Gumboro based on molecule heavy (BM). Character of protein known with doing western blot used antibody monoclonal anti caspase 8. The result showed that caspase 8 protein has molecule heavy (BM) 57,704 kDa and caspase 8 protein is antigenic which could react specific to antibody monoclonal anti caspase 8.
