Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor ekonomi potensial dan pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Surabaya. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 1993-2006. Model yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier sederhana untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Metode Location Quotient diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi sektor ekonomi potensial. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa ada enam sektor ekonomi potensial yaitu sektor industri pengolahan, sektor listrik, gas dan air bersih, sektor konstruksi dan bangunan, sektor perdagangan, hotel dan restoran, sektor pengangkutan dan komunikasi, dan sektor keuangan dan jasa perusahaan.Elastisitas pendapatan asli daerah terhadap produk domestik regional bruto adalah inelastis. Translation: This research is purpose to analyzing the potential of economics sectors and response of product domestic regional bruto toward local government original receipt in Surabaya. Data of this research are secondary data from 1993-2006. The model applied was simple linier regression to evaluated the response of product domestic regional bruto toward local government original receipt. The Location Quotient method was applied to evaluated potential of economics sectors. The result of research indicated that there are six sectors as potential economic sector are manufacturing industries sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector, construction sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector,transportation and communication sector, finance, rent of building and business services sector. The elasticity of local government own regional income receipt toward product domestic regional bruto is less than one (inelastic).
