Abstract

Temper tantrum merupakan rasa marah dengan ledakan amarah yang ditandai dengan menangis, berteriak, menggertak, menendang, melompat lompat atau memukul. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi temper tantrum adalah pola asuh orang tua. Pola asuh merupakan perilaku orang tua yang diterapkan pada anak yang bersifat relatif dan konsisten. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan kuesioner, Sampel sebanyak 38. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah usia orang tua, Pendidikan orang tua, Pola asuh orang tua, Kejadian temper tantrum. Hasil Penelitian di dapatkan diketahui bahwa sebanyak 25 anak (65.8%) mempunyai kejadian temper tantrum yang terkontrol dan 13 anak (34.2%) mengalami kejadian temper tantrum tidak terkontrol. Sedangkan pola asuh sebanyak 28 orang (73.7%) mempunyai pola asuh yang cenderung demokratis, Dan untuk pola asuh otoriter didapatkan sebanyak 10 orang (26.3%). Di Dapatkan hasil signifikasi P=0,016( P< 0.05) artinya ada hubungan antara pola asuh dengan kejadian temper tantrum. Kesimpulan yang di ambil dari penelitian ini adalah pola asuh orang tua ada hubungannya dengan kejadian temper tantrum pada anak usia toodler. Dan pola asuh orang tua ada hubungan dengan tingkat pendidikan orang tua. Kata kunci : Pola asuh, temper tantrum, anak usia toddler, pendidikan orang tua Translation: Temper tantrums are feeling angry outbursts characterized by crying, screaming, bullying, kicking, jumping jacks or hitting. One that affects temper tantrums are parenting parents. Parenting is the behavior of parents who apply to children who are relatively consistent. The design of this study was cross sectional design, data collection using the primary data with questionnaire, sample of 38 respondents are selected with a Research probability sampling variables were parental age, parental education, parenting parents, and the incidence of temper tantrums. From the results of this research can be seen that as many as 25 children (65.8%) have temper tantrums in a controlled event and 13 children (34.2%) experienced incidence of temper tantrums that are uncontrolled. While the pattern of care of as many as 28 people (73.3%) had a pattern that tends to foster democratic, and people who obtained for the authoritarian parenting as many as 10 people (26.3%). Getting the significance at P = 0.016 (P <0.05), means there is a relationship between the parenting and the incidence of temper tantrums. Conclusions taken from this research is a pattern of parenting has to do with the incidence of temper tantrums in children aged toodler. While parental upbringing has something to do with the level of parental education.
