Abstract
Dengue disease has spread to all provinces in Indonesia with a number of districts / cities contracted until 2005 as many as 330 districts / cities (75%), with the number of dengue patients reported as many as 95 279 cases of CFR of 1.36% and the incidence rate of 43, 43 cases per 100,000 population. Figures Free Flick in Surabaya is still far below the target of 85.77 in 2012, 87.85 in 2013, 84.38 in 2014, with the target set by the MOH is 95%. The purpose of this study was to develop recommendations based on the evaluation of community empowerment efforts to improve program performance P2 of dengue in the city of Surabaya. The research design was cross-sectional. The instrument used in this study to obtain data is fill out a questionnaire and use a structured interview. Further descriptive analysis performed to determine the frequency distribution of variables. Then the results of the study will be discussed by the study investigators. In society there is a significant relationship between the value of the training, the value of the participation, awareness of participation, training to participation. , At cadre Mosquito social workers a significant difference between the age of the awareness, knowledge of awareness, commitment to awareness, commitment to ptraining, the age of the shuck, knowledge of the deception, the motivation to shuck, awareness of participation, training against participation, shuck against participation.
