Abstract
Tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi membentuk masalah penting di Indonesia. Karena ketidakcocokan antara pekerjaan yang tersedia dengan jumlah besar tenaga kerja yang terserap. Selain itu, kriteria penerimaan kerja yang tinggi di kedua perusahaan publik dan swasta dengan keterampilan yang dimiliki angkatan kerja muda membuat pencari kerja menjadi pengangguran terdidik. Studi mengeksplorasi pendidikan kewirausahaan hubungan, locus of control, risk taking dan entrepreneurial intention. Di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Airlangga mahasiswa manajemen. Sampel Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Manajemen periode 2011-2012 yang telah mengambil serangkaian matakuliah berbasis kewirausahaan. Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan sebagai alat statistik dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh langsung entrepreneurship education tidak signifikan pada entrepreneurial intention, locus of control memediasi full antara entrepreneurship education pada entrepreneurial intention dan risk taking memediasi full antara entrepreneurship education pada entrepreneurial intention.
