Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dengan komponen ukuran dewan komisaris, komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial terhadap credit ratings pada perusahaan di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indonesia Stock Exchange dan PEFINDO pada tahun 2005-2014 dengan 131 observasi. Hasil regresi logistik ordinal menujukkan bahwa komisaris, komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap credit ratings, sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap credit ratings perusahaan
