Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku beralih petani tebu dalam menyewakan lahan ke PG Kanigoro dengan luas lahan sebagai variabel moderasi. Perilaku beralih petani tebu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel yang terdiri dari ketidakpuasan atas layanan, kebijakan harga dan daya tarik pesaing. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di wilayah Madiun dan sekitarnya yaitu dengan total responden sebanyak 60 orang petani tebu. Analisis Regresi Moderasi (Moderated Regression Analysis) digunakan untuk menguji data secara empiris dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidakpuasan atas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku beralih petani tebu. Akan tetapi kebijakan harga dan daya tarik pesaing tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku beralih petani tebu. Hasil penelitian tidak mendukung hipotesis luas lahan memoderasi pengaruh ketidak puasan atas layanan, kebijakan harga dan daya tarik pesaing terhadap perilaku beralih petani tebu.
