Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis adanya pengaruh pemberian minuman Sopi beralkohol terhadap jumlah sel Sertoli tubulus seminiferus tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan. Metode :Jenis penelitian ini adalah the randomized post- test only control group design. Besar sampeldari keempat kelompok tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan adalah 40 ekor.Variabel perlakuan adalah Sopi dosis 2,7, 4,05, dan 5,4 mm/200gram BB/hr. Variabel tergantung adalah jumlah sel Sertoli. Uji normalitas dengan Shapiro Wilk (α = 0,05) dan homogenitas dengan Levene test. Uji beda antar kelompok dengan Kruskal Wallis (α = 0,05), dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann Whitney (α = 0,05). Uji korelasi dengan Pearson (α = 0,05) Hasil :Ada pengaruh pemberian Sopi beralkohol dosis 4,05 dan 5,4 ml/200 gramBB/hr dengan jumlah sel Sertoli pada tubulus seminiferous tikus putih jantan Terdapat korelasi negatif antara pemberian Sopi dengan jumlah sel Sertoli tubulus seminiferous tikus putih jantan (C = -846) Simpulan :Minuman Sopi beralkohol dapat menurunkan jumlah sel Sertoli, semakin tinggi dosis semakin rendah jumlah sel Sertoli
